The first FULL trailer for Pixar’s second film this year ‘The Good Dinosaur’ has just been released online and i have to say firstly that this movie looks incredibly STUNNING. It is one of the best looking and most beautiful animated movies i have ever seen, the visuals are so clean and have an incredible style that had me just in awe. Before i go into it any more, here is the official synopsis followed by the first full trailer:
“‘The Good Dinosaur’ asks the generations-old question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? In theaters November 25, 2015, the film is a humorous and exciting original story about Arlo, a lively Apatosaurus with a big heart. After a traumatic event unsettles Arlo’s family, he sets out on a remarkable journey, gaining an unlikely companion along the way – a human boy. ‘The Good Dinosaur’ is an extraordinary journey of self-discovery full of thrilling adventure, hilarious characters and poignant heart.”
So like i said, how about those incredible visuals!!! I cannot wait to see the movie just for that. The movie itself looks like it is going to be really really good. It looks like it is going to be a very emotional movie, as Pixar seem to love to make us cry. It has some very warm and heartfelt moments in this trailer between this little kid and the dinosaur that i cannot wait to experience on the big scree. Overall, from these trailers, i still don’t quite know what the overall goal of this film is, and i am totally fine with that, i am already sold on the film from this trailer alone and i don’t need to see any more than this. On top of all of the emotional and beautiful moments it looks like we are also going to get some good fast paced action in there as well. So far this movie is looking very promising and i cannot wait to see it, but how about you, are you looking forward to catching this in theatres or does it not interest you?
